Terms and Contract
In the interest of client care, student safety, and the integrity of professional training courses, this agreement outlines the expectations and responsibilities of all students enrolled in the kinesiology training programs at Your Body Has The Answer Pty Ltd ("YBHTA").
1. Enrolment, Fees, and Withdrawal
• Course Fees are non-refundable.
• Course fees are payable in full, regardless of whether the student discontinues the course. Fees must be paid in full before a certificate is issued.
• YBHTA reserves the right to refuse admission or to request a student withdraw from the course if deemed necessary. In such cases, fees are payable proportionate to training received up to the withdrawal date.
2. Code of Ethics and Conduct
• Students must respect confidentiality regarding other students, tutors, and clients at all times.
• Students who practice other healing modalities must clearly communicate to clients which techniques are derived from recognised kinesiology training and which are not.
• Students must declare any infectious conditions that may pose a health risk to peers,tutors, or clients.
• YBHTA is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Disrespectful, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour may result in dismissal from the course.
3. Coursework and Assessment
• Homework must be typed or legibly handwritten.
• Students must notify their tutor of any special circumstances that may impact their ability to complete assessments.
4. Intellectual Property and Materials
• All course materials, including manuals, charts, photos, and proprietary techniques, are the intellectual property of YBHTA Pty Ltd.
• Course notes and materials are non-transferable and must not be copied or shared unless approved through formal Instructor training.
• Students have access to the online learning platform for five (5) years from the date of enrolment, after which access will be revoked.
5. Recording Policy
• Recording devices, including phone cameras or audio recorders, must not be used to record others or course information without explicit written permission.
• Students attending via Zoom or similar platforms are not permitted to record lessons.
All official recordings are available through the online platform.
6. Photography and Promotion
• Students consent to YBHTA staff taking photographs or video for social media, website, or promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify the course administrator in writing.
7. Health and Safety Policy
• Students must take reasonable care of their own health and safety, and follow all instructor guidance regarding equipment, hygiene, and facilities.
• Hazards may include (but are not limited to): - Slips, trips, and manual handling
• In case of hazards or incidents, students must:
- Report immediately to the tutor or clinic manager - Complete an Incident Report if required
- Cooperate with any investigation
8. Insurance and Professional Requirements
• While not a course entry requirement, students acknowledge that the industry body may require a police check before granting insurance or professional registration.
• Complaints must follow the appropriate process as outlined by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT).
9. Updates to Agreement and Policies
• Your Body Has The Answer Pty Ltd reserves the right to update or amend this Student Agreement and Code of Conduct to reflect changes in training standards, legal requirements, or organisational policies.
• Any updates will be published in the Terms and Contract section of this website. Enrolled students acknowledge and agree to review the website periodically and to be bound by any updated terms as they apply during their period of enrolment.
