By focusing on helping them get a great night sleep, she was able to help improve their health and overcome the symptoms they had sought her consult on. Elizabeth is a registered trainer and assessor and approved training provider. She is qualified in many modalities including kinesiology, aromatherapy, anatomy, nutrition, reflexology and psychology.
